I would highly recommend Urge and the team at WFM. We had a very difficult project with many experts consulting on exactly what the issue was. Urge was adamant that water was the issue and he was correct. If not for his expertise and patience then I think we would still be trying to find a solution. Now our floor is finally down and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding as is the communication with Urge throughout the whole project. If you have any wooden floor issues or projects I would 100% recommend WFM. Thank you Urge, Daniel and team for your incredible service and beautiful floor. Many small businesses could learn a lot from you. We love our new floor and look forward to enjoying it for a very long time.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Urge and Patrick to renovate my home - Urge was a complete professional. He was responsive, completed the job on time and went above and beyond to execute it perfectly. He removed carpets and perfectly matched the floorboards to be installed to what I had downstairs and executed it with the utmost care. On top of this, he was friendly, agreeable and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the job. I will be referring him to everyone I know and am so grateful that he was able to work on my home with me.
